CY Pres Awards
Research suggests that a staggering majority of individuals facing immediate legal issues are unable to access the help they require, with less than one in five receiving assistance. Cy pres awards present a unique opportunity to bridge this troubling “justice gap.” These awards offer valuable resources that can be channeled towards the expansion of services, ultimately ensuring equal access to justice for those who would otherwise be left without representation.
