All assistance provided by Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino (LASSB) requires an applicaton for legal services and a determinaton whether LASSB can help. The decision to provide legal assistance is based on the eligibility of the applicant, the type of legal issue and LASSB policies, procedures, program priorites and resources.
